Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you total command over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
